Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Tavrra and the responsibilities of Tavrra, workspace owners, and members.

1. Using Tavrra

These terms apply to your access to and use of Tavrra. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated into them.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

2. Workspaces and content

Workspace owners are responsible for managing members and confirming that they have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to Tavrra. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

You grant Tavrra permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service you choose to use.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • You may not use Tavrra to violate the law, infringe rights, harass others, or distribute malicious code.
  • You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with another workspace.
  • You may not extract content through automated methods or place an excessive load on the service except through features and interfaces we provide.

4. AI assisted features

Summaries and suggestions generated by AI may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for an important decision. The original workspace conversation remains the source of record.

5. Plans, changes, and ending use

Available features, usage limits, and prices vary by plan and may change after reasonable notice. You may stop using Tavrra at any time. We may suspend or end access in response to a serious breach, a security risk, or a legal request.

6. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tavrra is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every issue will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavrra is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

7. Contact us

Send questions about these terms to legal@asterive.app. If we make a material change, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method.
